All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, and service providers).

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability at the time of reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
• A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service booked.
• Payments once made may be non-refundable, in whole or in part, as per supplier policies.

Eagle Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers and is not responsible for pricing changes imposed by third parties.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier penalties and administrative fees.
• Non-refundable services cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, and travel documents are valid and comply with destination requirements.
• Passport validity must generally be at least six (6) months beyond the return date.
• Eagle Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions due to improper documentation.

6. Changes and Force Majeure

Eagle Travel shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Airline operational issues
• Political unrest
• Pandemics or health emergencies

In such cases, supplier policies will apply.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Eagle Travel acts solely as a booking agent and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
• Clients travel at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Eagle Travel and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
